How quickly do you respond?
Within four hours on working days, within a day at weekends. We are reachable seven days a week between 08:00 and 19:00; that is not a sales line, it is a necessity, since reviews also come in on Sundays.
Can I just call?
Yes, 06-38048347. It is a mobile number answered by a person. If you reach voicemail, we call back the same day.
Can I message on WhatsApp instead?
Yes, the same number. For short questions that is often the fastest route, and most of the agencies we work with handle day-to-day coordination over WhatsApp.
What happens during the introductory call?
Thirty minutes in which you explain what you currently do and we explain what we would do. We ask for one client with locations you are unhappy with, and measure those, so the conversation is grounded in real figures rather than a general pitch.
Do I need to grant access to anything before the scan?
No. The scan runs on publicly visible information: the profile, the reviews, the position in the local pack and the AI answers. Access to your client's account only becomes relevant once you decide to work with us.
Do you follow up if I don't respond?
No. We do not cold-call and we do not chase. If you want us to get back to you, ask, and we will.
What do you do with the information I submit?
We use it to answer your question and keep it only as long as that requires. We do not sell it on and we do not use tracking cookies. See the privacy statement for the full detail.
Can I visit in person?
Yes, by appointment: Herengracht 280, 1016 BX Amsterdam. Please book first, since it is not staffed at all times.
Will I get a written quote?
Yes, always. Working together starts with an agreement that sets out the agency discount where relevant, the notice period, client-protection terms and the data-processing arrangements.
What language do you actually work in?
Dutch, for the local search work itself: review replies and local pages are written in Dutch because that is the language Dutch customers use. On request, and for businesses with an international clientele, English is also available.
